Barre Energy

They don't have very many Barre classes to select from a variety of times/days. Geared to stay home moms that don't have a career.

I've been a devoted Barre Energy fan for almost 8 years!  The community is amazing but the workout is why I keep coming. Every class is a new challenge and I discover new muscles with each session! I love all the instructors and how supportive and encouraging they are.  If you're new to barre or someone looking for a fun and challenging change, I highly recommend Barre Energy.

Just wow! Amazing! Natalie is the best: professional, knowledgeable, fit-n-fun, makes sure you understand physical and mental awareness. All her choice words to keep you holding on for one more second. A happy BE morning greeting, laughs/pushes/educates the whole hour & a happy day to all after class. Just the way to start anyones day. Cant wait to go back and give it my all !

The owner of the studio (Natalie) is so kind and welcoming. My wife and I love getting our workout in on Saturday and then walking around the Farmers Market afterwards. Great location, great instructor, great energy!
