The exclusion work is still not complete after starting almost 4months ago! Still rats all in my house! Scheduling is almost always an issue.. Im given a date I plan my day around it and no one shows up. This has happened probably 85% of my scheduled visits. The billing is a mess and I advise looking. Wry very carefully at you listed charges. The only saving Grace is my excellent technician Sabino.. he tries to always get here (even when he doesnt know he is supposed to be here) and knows what we need done..he is a gem and they are lucky to have him!! They sent out a young man to eliminate all the ants I had streaming through my apartment. We are talking a thick trail! He walks in and says "I see they are coming from the base of the bookcase." He says "all I have to do is put a little bit of this stuff and they are gone!! I said "you are not spraying the perimeter of the apartment? Only one little spot?' He insisted they would be gone! Well more ants stream in form other locations even thicker! I call and find out this is NOT a Santa Rosa company but one located in Arizona. We are told no one can call us for well over a week! I complain to the person who answer the phone and cancel the service. I never get a call!!!!! I get a bill for their sending some inexperienced kid out who did not know what he was doing. I called a different pest service and they sprayed the perimeter Once and the ants were GONE! Two months later I get a call and this service Western Exterminator about my bill and I say I am not paying for a job not done properly. They send me to a collection agency. I cannot believe it! Don't even think of using these people. No service and no interest in treating their customers well or taking responsibility for a job not properly done! Service: Bug & insect extermination
