Dominic Roche is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. He is probably the most elite athletic coach I have ever met, and has the certificates and knowledge to prove it. He is extremely focused on my goals and has taken extra steps to keep me motivated and on track. I'm in the best shape of my life and it's all thanks to Roche & Co Thank you Dominic!!!

Dominic is a very knowledgeable trainer and understands the physiology of the body. He personalized my training sessions to focus on the specific problems I was having i.e. bad knees, lower body weakness from back surgery and a very bad shoulder. It's been about 2 months now and my physical problems have been eliminated and I am feeling great.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Dominic for almost three years now. He is a beyond knowledgeable trainer who understands not just the ins and outs of training but also the bodies overall health and wellness. My husband suffers from a bad knee and at times I have trouble with my shoulder. Dominic takes the time to address all our needs and puts together a custom workout. Its been a journey but we are both in the best shape of our lives. Were strong, healthy, and have even improved our knee and shoulder issues. I highly recommend Dominic. Hes professional, smart, and has a passion for training you wont find elsewhere. The gym is very clean, organized and well equipped with more than one would need. A+ rating all around.
