I can not explain how much Quiara helped my daughter with her pelvic floor needs. In only a few months, my daughter went from having accidents/leaks daily and wetting the bed every night to being absolutely dry and never having nighttime accidents. Quiara at Aloha Integrative Therapy was everything. She was the first provider EVER to see my child as a whole person and not just as a disruptive, hyperactive problem. The connection she made with him made the hour drive from Oakland well worth it. Quiara is amazing and has helped us so much. I can not recommend her enough!

My son has been working with Quiara for several years. He struggles with many annoying symptoms of his illness and associated anger outbursts. We found a correlation between working with Quiara and his acting out less frequently and with less angst. We know because when Quiara moved away we saw a steady increase in his anxiety. After 10 months we knew it would be best to start up again, even if it was now on zoom. And yes, two zoom years later, we are grateful and pleased. She seems to really help calm him, and not just during their sessions. She's given him tools to help himself. And they chat and have a relationship. It's very special. We are all appreciative.

Quiara is AMAZING and so personable! My daughter is pretty shy around new people, but Quiara made her feel comfortable by incorporating fun activities into her evaluation. We learned SO much from Quiara and our our family is so excited to use her valuable information in our potty training! The way she explains things just make sense, and its made us feel so much more confident!! If you have concerns about potty training, bed wetting, or really anything related to toileting, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment!

We met with Quiara to go over a plan for potty training our daughter (for the second time, so we wanted to make sure that we got the most expert advice!). We have been following her advice and it's gone so much better this time! Quiara was so helpful in meeting us both where we were, providing lists of the exact items we would need and a tailored protocol for our child's needs. Potty training/learning is one of my least favorite parts about parenting, and even when it is going well - it's still really hard and exhausting!! Having an expert like Quiara to lean on for support has been invaluable for everyone's health & mood - and because we as parents are more relaxed, we think that's helping our daughter as well. I would HIGHLY recommend meeting with Quiara - it's worth the peace of mind!
