        This was my first organized bike ride so I may be skewed by lack of context. We did the 100k and I got a flat at mile 45ish. I have changed a lot of tires on my commute bike but couldn't figure out how to get my wheel off on my new road bike (n00b). Luckily was not suick for long as the constant motor bike patrols had knowledgeable people with tools. A great day out.

        One of my favorite bike rides. Great social event Friday evening, very good breakfast items morning of the ride, fantastic scenery on the ride, the volunteers at the rest stops were welcoming and helpful, shout to the mechanic Zack at the last rest stop who fixed the problem with my rear derailleur. The BBQ at the end of the ride was excellent enjoyed some wine and topped off the event with some vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Wonderful event!!
