I didn't really pay attention to how filthy the place was until I went into the bathroom. Mind you, this is a bathroom that you need a code to enter. It was literally one of the grossest bathrooms I've ever seen, grime build up everywhere and blood splattering the sink. After seeing the bathroom, I noticed that there wasn't a clean table to be found, and it looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. If that was it, I probably wouldn't have bothered to write this review, but, in addition, the beef tasted rancid. I was starving and figured I would just power through the taste, letting the sauce camouflage the rancid meat flavor. Little did I know, the meat didn't just taste bad. It ended up making me violently ill. The employees were very kind but did not seem to have any sense of urgency about cleaning the bathroom or addressing my getting ill from their food. I have not had food poisoning this bad since Chipotle had bad carnitas a long time ago. I would recommend proceding with caution. Hopefully, this review will be a wake-up call because my experience didn't jive with what it seems like they're trying to promote.

Nice place. Lots of variety in the bowl choices. Acai bowls were a little short on the granola. Still quite good.

Looking for a relaxed spot to eat with food that specializes in healthy, nutritious, and allergy friendly food? Then youve found yourself in the right place at Vitality Bowls Super Food Cafe! Although this cafe originated in Northern California they have already reached their 100th franchise. This specific one is located on Mendocino Avenue near the Santa Rosa Community College. A lot of the crowd is young college students, vegans/vegetarians, and workout lovers. There is a parking lot for this outlet area that it is in. There is handicapped parking as well as wheelchair accessibility. One of their top products is their aa bowls. They have different bowl mixtures that ranges from a vitality bowl filled with bananas and strawberries and a green bowl filled with graviola which is actually a fruit called soursop that comes from a broadleaf, flowering evergreen tree. The green bowl also has dates and spinach. Depending on how healthy youre feeling that day or what kind of mood youre in theyve got the bowl for you. Not only do they have delicious aa bowls, but they have panini sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies! Many of their foods are filled with vitamins and many antioxidants. You can order online. They have a loyalty program you can join so you earn points. They also have catering services if youd like to book with them. They were a few comments I did have that I suggest this business think over. One of them being the prices are expensive. I completely understand that such healthy foods may cost more, but its not the customers fault. They just want to enjoy foods that are good for their body. Another thing is the employees. The employees were quiet and short. They did not seem to be very social people. I love the environment and decor of this place and I think your employees personalities should match the same personality of the restaurant. Lastly, dont be stingy with your granola. I had ordered the vitality bowl which was delightful except there was very little granola and if Im paying $15 for a fruit bowl I would think I deserve a good amount of granola as well. So overall, the prices are expensive so I personally would only come back here every once in a while. I wouldnt make it my regular place. To my Sonoma county people they have a clean and healthy vibe to it. It is also a good lunch for those of you who just had a good workout or those of you who need more energy after a fun night out the night before. Depending on your budget this may be the place for you!
