Over time, IMC medical care has transformed my health from a "zombie-state" to a fully-functional, thriving person by making so many modalities of health care & excellent health care providers available to me--healing the whole me & inspiring me. One of the ways IMC continues to inspire is through their remarkably simple, yet extraordinairly effective "What Matters/Imagine YOU" program--which easily assists folks to identify their most important goals and develop the steps needed to achieve them. Once the baby steps are identified by the indivividual, the goal becomes real and attainable for each participant. It's ingenious! And it works! My life is enriched by the wonderful practitioners at IMC Santa Rosa.
