Santa Rosa Community Health -- Caritas Campus

I have spent days trying to schedule an appointment with my provider and keep being put on hold for 20-30 minutes, then hung up. I hate this place, if you have other options for healthcare go somewhere else or you'll have to deal with incompetent reps on the phone who treat you like a burden because they have to work.

So clean and nice very modern really friendly nurses my doctor was amazing he was so thorough a true angel you are all a blessing to our community. Thanks Renee for being so sweet. Dr Jahdel Jules was absolutely the best ever truly caring and so smart. Thank you.

I recommend Brookwood Health Care and Sonoma County Health consistently in every opportunity that arises. I am impressed with the care and compassion exhibited by your staff. To be noted specifically is their professional attention in order to provided a facility that is clean and safe. Routines that involve intake and follow-up are courteous and friendly. Thank you for the chance to express my satisfaction.

I've been seeing Dr Lewis since 2003 he's a very compassionate doctor IF I can't see Dr Lewis I'll wait until it can be Dr Lewis! He's got a great staff BUT the PHONE CALL CENTER really desperately needs a total face-lift!!!!!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Lewis at Santa Rosa Community Health for at least 15 years now. He saved me from going through extreme treatments for breast cancer by getting me a long needed mammogram and catching it early. And my husband had skin cancer and it was caught early because Dr Lewis got him in to have a suspiciously mole checked out. Dr Lewis and his staff are really genuine people who care for others and help where ever and how ever they possibly can. We would refer other to them any time we can.
