Removal of the old bed, was one of the key reasons I chose sleep city! However, after arrival the crew Would not remove the old bed frame. I now see in the Fine print this is my responsibility. I am over 80 years old and living in apartment. Im not sure how I can resolve this?

I recently bought my new bed here, because they had the brand I wanted and I like to support "local" businesses.   I spent around 3 grand on my bed...and I truly love it!  However....The customer service here was crappy, even though I was the only customer in the store.   And they seem to not make ANY effort to establish a rapport with customers for repeat business or to foster recommendations to friends.   The lack of friendly or engaged customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.   I bought a second bed a month later for my other bedroom at a different store.

I am very happy with my purchase of a box spring and mattress from Sleep City on Sonoma Hwy. I like to shop Local whenever I can. I am especially impressed with Joel who took extra care to insure I was completely satisfied.
