North bay laser is the best of the best!! Their prices are so affordable. Jessica runs the show up front and can always get you an appointment even. She finds a way to make sure you are taken care of no matter what. Nurse Laura is very precise and pays attention to every small detail. Tom Young their NP has done a few of my procedures and he makes you feel very comfortable and taken care. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need and his honestly is very much appreciated!! I would give them 10 stars if I could Services: Leg hair removal, Sun spot treatments, Facial hair removal, Laser hair removal, Cosmetic dermatology, Laser therapy

Extremely rude staff. Jessica was not nice at all on the phone when I called the practice inquiring. Do not recommend this place at all.

A-Friggin-Mazing!!! After contacting many many agencies only to find that most have a very broad, cookie cutter approach to treatment I was left feeling daunted. Almost like, is it even worth the effort, time and expense? Are my needs going to be addressed as an individual? One more over the phone quote for $6,000 and I just might blow my brains out! (That's a joke, please don't flag my review). So that's when I found Jene at North Bay Laser. She was friendly, informative, and most of all an actual human who understands that I, as well, am a human and not just another number to be crunched. She set me up with Hugo, a nurse on staff. Our session went great. He was easy to talk to, professional, and attentive. I had a few concerns throughout and when I brought them to his attention he was quick to accommodate or explain in detail why he was doing things in a certain way. I have had experiences in the past where I was afraid to express doubts for fear that I would receive inferior service for doing so. Not the case here. I am just beginning this journey and I have a long way to go. I will undoubtedly be spending a lot of money along the way. I feel better spending it at North Bay Laser, that's for sure. A little patience and empathy goes a long way. Today is a good day and I can thank Hugo and Jene at North Bay for that. Thanks peeps!

I'd like to comment on your comment here. About making appointments that you don't show up for! Because back in 2016 we made an appointment with you and on the day of that appointment we walked from Dunton to to your office at 1515 Montgomery drive. We arrived an hour early and we sat outside and we waited and we waited and we waited and we waited and we called the office from the dentist office next door no answer three times we called over a span of like four or five hours until the dentist office assistant front desk receptionist or whatever told us did that happen quite often at your office you are often not there for appointments and people were often left waiting for you but you never showed up to your scheduled appointments did you charge people $150 if they don't show up so how much should I charge you for my time wasted and for everything else that happened because of that missed appointment where we lost our place to live because they didn't believe us that a doctor didn't make their appointment and became homeless after that for 4 years trying to get back out of Santa Rosa and back home to Colorado again where people are normal and Doctors show up for their appointments. thank you for wasting my time you get my bill in the mail
