Jeff and his employees at Redwood Janitorial are polite, knowledgeable, helpful and, most of all, honest. I had taken our Oreck to the place from where we originally purchased it on Santa Rosa Avenue for repairs. However, without even examining it, I was told it would cost half of its original cost to repair it. This was proceeded by a sales and warranty pitch on new German Miele and Ritter vacuums. The interaction was rude and uncomfortable. Being a retired senior on a fixed income, we are not in that tax bracket, and I had come for a repair quote rather than a purchase. Needing a second opinion I took the Oreck to Jeff at Redwood Janitorial Supply on Piner Road. After he actually examined the vacuum, it turned out all it needed was a new belt and the accumulation of Collie fur, cat fur, and human hair removed from it. Jeff listens to his customers. If a vacuum needs to be repaired and can be repaired, he repairs it. There is no pressure to unnecessarily buy a new one. He treats his customers with respect. Customer service is excellent. We will come to Redwood Janitorial Supply for all of our vacuum needs.
