The house we just bought last month has been good to us. The front office staff has been great...Samantha is always responsive and we are getting the work that needs to be fixed up...normal stuff. The repair people are pretty good about helping it out....Hey for the price of the houses I am happy...small yards but the 5 acre park is amazing...I am really happy with our house here and the people that live here are really cool as well. thanks

They don't even return your call or answer theirmail.  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can't believe they are still in business.  All about the money I'm sure.

We purchased the 2006 sales office Plan 4 Willow Glen Home. When I bought it mid 2014, it had never been lived in. We had all the deeper level inspections done. If anyone has not had a good experience with Willow Glen, I wonder if the buyers had done the deeper inspections in the beginning so that things could be handled upfront, as well as gotten the warranties. .Anything that was discovered which seemed fairly minor, was immediately handled with willingness, care and respect. We had the warranty which was never actually used--just peace of mind. This particular home had all the bells and whistle top upgrades: tile roof, stucco, double pane windows, alarm system, excellent heating and air conditioning, beautiful landscaping without the use of toxic chemicals, full sprinkler system,  lovely pergola which they touched up like new, stainless steel appliances including a double dishwasher, double ovens, gas stove top, new refrigerator and new hot water heater,  granite counter tops, shutters and designer drapes, quality built-in cabinets, glass shower and jacuzzi in the master bath. Further, the 2 car + golf cart garage was beautifully painted with crown molding,  tiled floors and glass french doors interiorly and exteriorly. We have had absolutely no problem with this home and have thoroughly enjoyed it. They built in an amazing planned 55+ active community which is well positioned within an environmentally aware county that values preserving nature, an abundance of hiking trails, values healthful living-where there are over 50+ restaurants offering organics in addition to markets such as Olivers and Whole Foods.  Oakmont has more activities offered than one could ever imagine in the middle of wine country living near Spring Lake. It really is a fabulous place to live. Thank you Willow Glen

I agree with the review of Barbara S. I own a Willowglen house, built in 2007. For $800K the quality of construction is pretty mediocre.  Have had problems with kitchen appliances, air conditioning, the famous winter rain flooded garage, the exterior house paint is so thin it needed a re-paint @ 5 years.  Backyard redwood fences at 7 years of age are falling apart. Neighbors with wood floors directly on concrete slabs report buckling floor boards. Builder accepts no responsibility for defects. In 2014 Willowglen is building more new houses in Oakmont. The quality of construction looks pretty suspicious. Lot sizes are ridiculously small. Rooflines of houses nearly touch. Come on, this is semi-rural Sonoma county, not SF. Could we not space the houses 12 feet apart?Prospective buyers, proceed with caution. Or at least with eyes wide open.
