        Skilled, friendly personel. Unassuming and pleasant. Their online reservation system keeps the shop well organized. Walking are welcome too.

        This rating is for Diane:I needed a haircut before my wedding next week. I chose Diane because she had the most availability (I schedule the night before) and hoped for the best. I'm happy I chose her! She seemed a bit new as she had to ask her coworker on steps for deep conditioning, but she was very friendly and made my hair look great. She complicated my nails and hair length and made sure to ask BEFORE cutting my hair how much I wanted cut (3in). She layered my hair without looking choppy. She was not intrusive but we talked a bit about my wedding and other stuff. Wish she did more massaging of my hair when shampooing (it's my favorite part when I get a full set), but it was still pleasant. Would definitely come back to get my hair cut by her again. My hair feels lighter and healthier.
