JP was our project manager and he was professional; responsive to my needs/ requests. He asked questions, knew what needed to be done and got the job done in a timely manner. Michael and his team were easy to work with and very responsive. I have been a real estate broker for over 40 years and worked with many contractors, residential and commercial. I have never before taken the time to write a review as all have strengths and weaknesses, but none were really exceptional. Until I met Michael Wolff. My client was elderly and overwhelmed by many serious problems that, over time, had made his property uninhabitable. He found himself with no clear options and nowhere to go. I talked to many contractors who were not really interested in the project, as it involved too many unknowns that building off of plans doesnt have! Thats when I found out that Michael Wolff and his amazing team had something better than blueprints. They were motivated by a genuine concern for the property owners situation and not just profits. I could give examples of how, through the process, Michaels experience provided creative, budget friendly solutions to hidden defects, bad weather and the worst budget eating inflation in years. Instead, Ill just observe that sometimes good intentions look better on paper than in reality. And sometimes they look like what one can only call answered prayer! I highly recommend Wolff Contracting for the things that matter the most when investing in a contractor, honesty, integrity, experience and a proven track record.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value When we had water damage from a broken pipe in our kitchen, Michael Wolff and our project manager, J.P., came immediately to our aid. They assured us they would communicate with our insurance company representative during the replacement process to cover the costs. J.P. was so patient and scheduled the work to be done conveniently with our schedule as well, and explained each step all the way to the end of the project. He did a fantastic job! The Wolff crew were so friendly and accommodating as we were living in the home as well. All of them were professional and truly cared about the end result. Every detail was discussed with us and they followed through to fabricate what was requested and more! I was impressed as to their respectfulness of our home environment and they sealed off the area and kept cleaned after every day. We now have new flooring, kitchen cabinets, and quartz countertops that look wonderful!
