        I had my first experience today with a business owner and I cannot remember a router more unprofessional man. He was not only verbally but also physically confrontational with my friend who is a pilot of long-standing who trained to wipe the windshield off with clean water in a paper towel. Instead of simply instructing us on proper windshield care he yelled and kicked us off the property. I don't fly planes but if I did I would never fly any of his planes. A complete asshole.
