I needed an estimate to build a new fence and left a message four days ago and have yet to receive a return phone call. I can understand if he is too busy but the courteous thing would have been to call and tell me that.

I was pleased that Jesse came out quickly. It took him awhile to send me an invoice but we agreed on price. He said he would get back to me on date. One week-nothing. Second week-same I started calling. Only got message machine. No one ever returned my calls. I explained I needed this done or I was facing a fine by HOA. Nothing. Last 2 calls I requested he just call to explain what happened. Nothing. A  waste of my time and no doubt, this will cost me more money as HOA has right to fine me.

Three separate phone calls.  1. My husband spoke with Jesse on his cell phone while he was on vacation   2. Jesse asked that we call  his office number and leave our phone number so that he could contact us when he returned, which we did.   3. No response.  So another separate call to his cell number and left another message.  And again, no response.  How inconsiderate!  I doubt he would like to be treated that way.
