Its rare to find an independently owned professional Electrician these days who actually care about the customer to the extent that Mr Parks did for my elderly Mother last week.  He came straight out whens he called, went above and beyond to solve the mess she was in and was incredibly gracious when it came to payment.  The work he did was outstanding and took a huge amount of pressure off of us and provided peace of mind for her.  Thank you Mr Parks!!

I called Leland on short notice. He was at my house in 20 minutes! Now that is excellent service. The issue was an easy fix. He fixed the problem quickly, and also gave advice on how to avoid issues in the future. Would highly recommend Parks Electric. Saved the day! I have a number of rental properties and will be using him in the future!

Leland did a great job. The generator he installed is working perfectly. He is following COVID procedures and wearing a mask. He is easy to work with and listens to what I want. He has done some other electrical work for me too, all to my complete satisfaction.

Leland was amazing! Very kind and professional. He fixed the electrical components of our hot water heater.  He showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it. Came day of since we didn't have hot water. And way more affordable than the other people I checked out. Recommend Parks Electric 100%!!

Call Parks Electric for all of your electrical needs!  I visited our vacation home in West Sonoma County and turned on a space heater on a chilly morning which caused the electricity to go out in one room.  After checking the electrical panel, all plugs, switches and appliances, I searched Yelp and called Parks Electric.  Leland asked me to text him picture of the electric panel while we were on the phone.  He received the text and said he'd be there in an hour.  Exactly 1 hour later, Leland arrived masked, professional and ready to go.  Leland and I walked the entire house, checked all of the outlets and tracked down the issue - a burned out electrical plug and overloaded connections to the electrical panel in another room on the other side of the house.  He said the "electricity gods were looking over me" because it was a fire waiting to happen! Leland updated the wiring in one plug, replaced the faulty plug (+ wiring) and installed an additional trip switch our electrical panel in less than an hour.  The services fee was very reasonable and we cannot thank Leland enough for saving our family's vacation home and making it safer than it's been in years.  If you have an emergency or planned updates - call Parks Electric!  You will not regret the decision.
