My husband used to take items to them, and were cleaned great. However, I agree with other comments about customer service. Not friendly at all! And I recently brought a dress in to be hemmed and the, maybe owner, was helping me and was rude about hemming it!! Really, if they are going to act like this about doing alterations then the should take that off their services! And it is way too expensive. I've used other places and the cost of alterations was half the price, especially for a simple dress hem. I only used this cleaners because it's close to home, but after the attitude I got from her, this will be my last time using this cleaners.
