Dr. Conrad E. Block, DDS

I'm new to Dr. Block and found him to be very personable, attentive, and caring.  He really plugged in and listed to my concerns.  I had seen two prior excellent dentists for an issue that both felt was something to just cope with.  Dr. Block found a reasonable solution and didn't tout it as a sure success but felt it was worth a try and it's been a great improvement.  I discussed my concerns about cost when I learned after seeing him that he'd recently changed to out-of-network with my insurance and he was very generous and genuine in addressing this.

Dr Block & Megan (she always cleans my teeth) are both great. The front desk staff is great. I've been to other places in the past & have now been with Dr Block & Megan for years since they easily deserve 5 stars & I'm here to stay as a patient. Each time I go, it's an honest, friendly & comfortable appointment. They are also great about running on time.

You are who you hire! Dr Block fails to diagnose a pain issue that had pain for couple weeks, I got there because pain, so I make appointment with MD saying crazy pain and Block DDS not find anything, feels like I am losing my jaw; when I make MD appointment I am fearing the worst, just before comes and MD calls me at home, says see Endo immediately, I call Endo on cell phone, brilliant organized woman,  I get there find Conrad E Block DDS fails send my dental records to Endo though ordered, that is very telling where I stand as a patient and who i hired, and Conrad E Block DDS practice (1) I go in to his office not diagnosed, pain persists, I get Block DDS billing as pain continues, make MD appointment, and my MD calls me at home, I need emergency Endo??? o.k. $$$ they probably don't get reimbursed from insurance cooperating; then, Conrad E Block DDS refuses to give appointment, follow up endodontic sealing tooth after several calls, I'm told "You don't need one." weeks go by I am confused, so call Endo again and tell her Conrad E Block DDS says I don't need work sealed; Endo who insists I need dental work to seal her work, her offices have to call Conrad E Block DDS to INSIST I get appointment that work sealed. REALLY that difficult!  You are who you hire!
