Very shady practices. They keep sending me bills months later for a simple annual cleaning procedure, first saying my insurance "accidentally" sent me a check, which I have to send back to them (it did not happen) and now they've sent me a new bill for $560 for a preventative care cleaning that is covered by my insurance.

A year ago I had a tooth repaired by them, the first time I came they gave me one amount. When I came for treatment, they charged about $300 more. Now, when a year has passed, they sent me another bill for more than 300 dollars. They didnt tell me that amount initially. I don't know if this is legal? But be careful with them. I'm going to file a complaint against them.

I just moved to Santa Rosa. I went to this dentist in Santa Rosa and in San Rafael. I was a new client and I was told by their front desk staff I was in network. I asked specifically if they were sure I was in network and they said yes. Months after getting my fillings fixed I receive an invoice stating Im not in network and will be charged out of network pricing. After investigating with my insurance, they have record that Preferred was told I was not in network. Preferred gave me a nice discount but never told me I was out of network. Now Im getting charged and Preferred reminded me its my responsibility to figure out who is in my network and who isnt and that I have to pay the balance. Dentist wise, theyre ok, but business wise I feel like I was taken advantage of. Be wary of this place. Double and triple check if theyre in your network.
