Over the years I have had many dental procedures at SRDC, and have always felt that the procedures were being carried out in a most professional manner. Staff is friendly and well-informed.

I have a lot of dental anxiety and I am new to the area, no dentists who accepted my insurance called me back except SRDC. Now I am so grateful they did call me because I love them 100x more than any dentists I have ever seen. Wonderful staff, from reception to assistants to dentists, all calm, competent, friendly people who truly see you as a person and not just another patient. Typically my blood pressure is through the roof as soon as I enter a medical office, after my third visit to SRDC, my anxiety dissipated and for the first time in a decade my blood pressure was normal upon arrival. That really goes to show what wonderful people they are, they are honest, work diligently and don't up-sell. Very clean and modern office and equipment too. Only negative is sometimes it does take a while when you are waiting to be seen (because they are so busy!) and I have had my appointment cancelled last minute. Personally, that doesn't bother me as their great care is 100% worth the wait!

Absolutely unbelievable how unprofessional this office is. I made an initial appointment that got cancelled the day before. I rescheduled. That second appointment they cancelled on me again. Two more times I scheduled appointments only to have them cancel on me. This last time they called me 17 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me they were cancelling as I was already on my way to said appointment. Don't waste your time trying to go here.

In my 80s, Ive been going to Dr. Jeff Elliot since he took over Dr. Schneiders practice decades ago as a young new dentist. He has always provided me with extremely professional dental care and and has also been an enjoyable person to chat and catch up with several times each year. Both his front and back office staffs over the years have also always been both professional and helpful.

The hygentist Nina began the appt telling me what I needed to ido to mprove my dental care. She did not ask me when the last time I received a cleaning which would have given her data to better assess my plaque build up since it had been 8 months. In addition she did not ask me my dental history which I found odd since she had never seen me before. If she had asked me my history she would have had even more data that my chemistry produces plaque quickly. I cannot tolerate the Ultra Sound equipment requiring Nina to use instruments. She was very rough and my gums bled which has not happened with previous instrument cleanings. Her pressure was too heavy against my teeth when she was polishing them and I had to ask her to back off her intensity. The only good thing about my visit was that the receptionist took the time to check the details of my ins plan to see why there were charges not being covered.
