Harry Albers DDS - Santa Rosa

Ive been going to Dr Albers office for 4 yrs now. The staff there are all friendly and go out of their way to provide exceptional service.

After popping off a temporary crown while traveling, I stopped at Dr. Albers office. His staff was awesome, and Ariel cemented in the crown quickly and professionally. I dont live in the area and wont be back, but they still treated me like a valued patient. Id give them ten stars if I could.

I felt very well-cared for after having experienced a dental trauma at a restaurant. The dentist office got me in immediately when I called. They addressed my dental phobia and were all very kind. Dr. Albers exhibited a very kind chair-side manner and handled my problems expertly. Thank you all for a compassionate experience. Natalie Seagraves.

Right away from my first call, I had a good feeling about this place. Renee was very friendly and patient. She was the same way when I came in. The woman who took my x-rays was also friendly and professional. I felt comfortable. (I dont remember her name, sorry) I had my cleaning with Caroline who made me feel at ease and again, I felt comfortable with her. Dr. Albers was also very nice. My teeth are in bad shape and its very embarrassing. The doctor and staff never made me feel bad about it. Once I was done, Renee discussed all options with me including all price points so I could decide what path forward to take. My last dentist just gave me the most expensive option so it was nice to have Renee be honest with me. I highly recommend Dr.Albers and staff!!10/10
