Carreiro Team built our dream home in Windsor and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this once in a lifetime dream home. The team was always on the job, they were organized, paid attention to details, left everything clean everyday. Tom worked with us on costs and kept all subcontractors to agreed upon prices. The job was done in time, great help with permitting (someone was always here when Inspectors were scheduled). The carpenters, plumber, HVAC and tile subcontractors were especially wonderful. We could not have chosen a better team. To this day we have deep gratitude for the beautiful home we get to live in everyday and know it would not have happened without the Carreiro Team. Carreiro Builders did an excellent job for us when they completed a total remodel of a 4500 sq ft home. We were so impressed with their work that we chose them for another project and built our new 3,100 sq ft home more recently in 2018. Tom Carreiro was always responsive to us and provided a lot of value by offering excellent suggestions of how to improve our architectural plans. He is a man of high integrity and delivered both our projects on time and with excellent quality. When issues arose, as they always do in construction, he and his team provided common sense solutions and kept an eye on keeping us within budget. My wife and I highly recommend the Carreiro Team. We could not be happier with the job that the Carriero team did for us building our home. They are excellent communicators and kept us updated and ahead of choices that needed to be made, They were honest and transparent with everything and fair in pricing. The quality of work was outstanding. They paid meticulous attention to details and completed a very complicated project right on schedule. They took so much stress out of what is otherwise a very stressful undertaking. We would highly recommend them! Absolutely the worst. Would never recommend.. Take a site visit and meet his entire crew that he doesn’t have. I recommend you don’t pay a thing until the work is complete and check your invoices closely.
