I went in to buy some make up, the sales assistant tried to talk me into buying some skin care products. If I want high pressure sales tactics I will go to the make up counter at Macy's. I was later insulted when the sales associate implied I had bad skin. I know I'm a mature woman I don't need to be insulted because I'm aging. Aging is a part of life. I don't want to live in air brushed world of beauty. Maybe next time I will shop elsewhere.

Funny how the bad reviews are saying they didnt get any service. But trust me if you are of color you will get all the attention! Can even tell someone to thier face your just looking around and they will still just stand by you and act like you arent speaking English. So rude and racist. Pretty much made me feel super uncomfortable and literally made up stuff to say i was looking for when i said i wasnt looking for anything. I know there arent a lot of colored people but this makes me wanna return my item and never shop there again.

Honestly extremely upset. I called for a same day appointment and they luckily had the time for a color correction. Went into detail with the stylist about the level of correction needed and worked out a time. Showed up to my appointment a little early as I have to drive an hour and a half to be able to get here and they inform me my appointment is canceled. First the stylist said for some reason they double booked her with a makeup appointment and she isnt sure why and asks if I can come tomorrow, I let her know I cant because of the distance show she lets me know to wait. She comes back and says they tried to call me and that they were trying to cancel multiple times, when I never received a call and my number is in the system from previous times. She then says a consultation for today to book tomorrow which I have already made clear I cant do. So not only was I lied to, but had to hold back tears as today is my birthday and I just wasted half my day getting here. On top of the fact the stylist said she was off in a hour so she wouldnt have been able to do it anyways when she was the original one I spoke with- so many excuses and no accountability. Dont book with them- its not worth it.
