The Legacy Paver Group

The Legacy Paver Group did such a fantastic job designing and installing our driveway, pathways and patio. I met with Hayley who walked us through the entire process and provided us with excellent design and paver stone options. Before and during the  project Hayley was always available to answer any questions we had and regularly stopped by our house to check in.  The Legacy Paver Group crew was very polite, professional and clean. They went out of their way to make sure that we were happy which we were the entire time. Considering how stressful a construction project can be, everyone at Legacy made the entire process easy and stress free for me and my family. I cannot recommend a more professional and qualified company.

I'm not one that often writes reviews, but I felt that the wonderful experience working with Hayley and her crew at The Legacy Paver Group was worth reviewing. My wife and I decided to replace our driveway and walkway but were very nervous since neither of us had ever taken on a large construction project. When Hayley came out the following day, she immediately put our minds at ease. She listened to our ideas and offered solutions to problems we had with our drainage and tree roots. Hayley was very knowledgeable and guided us through different paver stone styles and colors. Hayley was also very creative when it came to the design of our driveway and walkway. Her design gave our home a fresh new look that we love. When it came time to begin the project, Hayley and her crew showed up as scheduled and walked my wife and I through the steps they would be taking. Throughout the project, Hayley did regular site visits and gave us updates on their progress. The Legacy Paver Group crew were very clean, polite, and respectful of our home and were considerate of our neighbors. My wife and I are thrilled with the results and love our new driveway and walkway. * On a side note, after the heavy rains we recently had, I am thrilled to say that Hayley's drainage solution worked 100% and we no longer have puddles or water going into our garage.

I needed a landing done so I had them over because my neighbor recommended them. It took them a while to respond but she said they did good work for her so I have them a shot. When Sean finally came over we talked about the project I wanted to do, which now had grown into doing the patio as well. I also had him give me an estimate for my driveway and an additional walkway. When I finally got the estimate and decided to move forward it took them weeks to get back to me. Finally I got a call back and Haley came by my place to confirm what pavers I wanted. She then sends me a new quote and tells me that the quote they originally gave me did not include the landing and they had to charge me an additional $1800 to do it. I could not believe it. After months of trying to get this project done and confirming with Sean that they were doing the landing and the patio she would pull tips on me. She reminded me that the project was smaller than what they usually do" she said they had misquoted me and had not included the original thing I had called them for and because I did not have the conversation in writing that I had to pay more. Haley made me feel that because y project was small that it didn't matter to the company. I told her that we would use them again but it didn't matter. I am so disappointed and hurt because I confirmed with Sean several times they were doing the landing. I even asked for a sketch of what it would look like and they said that they don't do that. At this point I had lost confidence and decided to cancel the whole thing. Haley replied "she was not going to eat $1800 it's probably for the best".Please if you decide to deal with these folks question everything in writing. I wasted four months trying to get a simple landing and patio done.
