Hertenstein Dennis W DC

Dr. Dennis was recommended by me from many people I knew. I decided to bring my infant granddaughter to him for treatment. In the process, I signed up for an appointment myself. I was in a car accident two years ago and have had reoccurring back pain since then. This has kept me from hiking and before the accident, I was an avid hiker. In just a few weeks, Dr. Dennis has helped me finally heal from my injury and I am starting to hike again. He is a truly compassionate man and an amazing healer. His office assistant has been lovely to work with as well.

Didnt get a chance to experience their actual services but I just had a rude phone call with whoever their receptionist is. Ive never had a chiropractor before and was just trying to figure out stuff about my insurance and if I could go to them. They said they arent taking new clients without a referral right now and then hung up on me when I was mid-sentence asking about how I might be able to get a referral that they would accept. Very clear they arent interested and my business or even interested in being polite to me if Im not someone they want business from.

Dennis is a chiro guru who truly cares about his patients. Sidebar: while Dennis was on vacation this week, his partner (Tom Collins) treated me, and I was equally impressed. I highly recommend them.
