While not complicated, as a nominal cannibas user I had a bunch of questions and my vape pens werent working, etc. Tevin was educational, patient, focused on my needs and questions. Steered me to pertinent options and solutions. Continued to dialogue during checkout and discovered a discount I was not aware. He really had my best interests in mind and I really appreciated that
