Edit to the reply due to the response from Marshall: My experience is from 2015. Over the course of 8 years, four people in my small circle of contractors/property owners I've had personal experience with, all doing business w/ Marshall claimed; they've been billed for damaged boards. Such as myself. No such damage could of possibly occurred under our work detail. The recirc sawcut in the plank couldn't of happened because we are PV installers. And recirc saws aren't a tool that exists on our vehicles. Myself (project forman), picked up the formwork, inspected them when I installed the formwork. Broke them down & reinspected. I was threatened in the office that I couldn't leave the parking lot, until i payed for the damaged plank. It was extremely bizarre. My company refused the change, $180 iifc. Upon when after, we here threatened with legal action. I didn't scrutinize the accepting agent which was my mistake. I stand by my review. Inspect your planks and forms carefully. Shady business. Inspect your boards carefully. If you are dropping off, make sure they don't do the 'Ol switcheroo & put a previously damaged board in your drop off. Because they're not cheap. And they're known around town for this tactic.
