Excel Custom does excellent work! Mark was great at helping with the layout and ideas for the kitchen! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is punctual and if a change in schedule is required, keeps you well informed as to the progress. He listens to your ideas for customization and designs a space that meets your vision. Mark was terrific to work with and I would highly recommend him! From start to finish he was extremely dedicated and hard-working. He communicated effectively and regularly throughout the remodel process, and kept everything on track. His caring and kind disposition was a plus. He welcomed questions and always had a positive, can do attitude. The work was completed at a pace and quality envied by all who have been through a kitchen remodel. We are thrilled with the results- the space is extremely functional and gorgeous!

Mark Duenas did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. His planning, input, craftsmanship and problem solving were outstanding. Last year we had Excel Custom redo our bathroom. We knew the kitchen would replicate the quality and detail of the bathroom and it shows. We are proud of showing off our new kitchen and bath. I am very happy we hired Mark as our general contractor for our Summer 2023 home remodel and highly recommend him to anybody reading this review! Our remodel was rather extensive and involved our entire downstairs (kitchen, dining room, living room), so before Mark got involved we were feeling a bit overwhelmed by the whole thing and really didnt know where to start. Mark is very detail oriented and time sensitive. He made sure the project was done to our satisfaction. He also made sure that all sub-contractors work was high quality, and completed on or ahead of the schedule we all agreed to at the outset. Equally important to us was how patient and responsive he was throughout the process. He always took time to answer questions fully and thoughtfully, no matter how basic the questions were. As for responsiveness, he answered most of our calls in real time, and in instances where we left a voicemail, dropped a text or sent an email, his response was usually within minutes. Once again, I very much recommend Mark, and hope to work him again on future projects!
