        I've been with EB for close to 10 years.What happened to their customer service????I need to speak with anybody there, I just called and was informed I was number 29 in line???????Hire another representative please.

        Every one at this branch are so helpful. Always there when you need them for all there survives. I miss the one's that have moved on to other things but enjoy the new tellers that come and train there. Carmen the branch manager is amazing. Our company has been banking here for quite a long time . They always ask about how my parents are doing since I have taken over running the family business.

Carmen is a community pillar that I had the good fortune to meet threw the cities Roseland Cinco De Mayo celebration almost ten years ago!! Thank you for always going above and beyond in service.
