Loved my first experience with Downtown but you don't really want a second one soon after...Six months after my first no-fault parking lot accident I had the exact same no-fault parking lot accident, but this time affecting the other side of my car.Gus Trevana and Downtown to the rescue. Gus set an even higher bar for his work this time since I was such a regular customer, and I picked up my car today after he had his entire staff linger over my vehicle until it looked like it had just emerged from the showroom.Gus' staff are great and do their work with enthusiasm and energy and excellence.  The body work was beautiful and the bonus detail work made me feel very well taken care of, and kind of, just a little, wishing for one more no fault parking lot accident in which the front of my car were damaged.Gus said if I had a third episode I should consider my vehicle jinxed and sell it.I replied that I thought I was blessed to be able to have this great work done at the expense of the drivers who slammed into me, and therefore would be happy to see him again, as long it were no-fault to me...If you get slammed into, go here.  You will be happy you did.

Doing business with any kind of business doesn't get better than this.   Downtown Collision sets the gold standard for their excellent work and customer service.  Gary L. Worked with me on a repair estimate after my parked car was sideswiped in a parking lot.   He is very professional and kind and helpfulWe set up a date a few weeks off to accommodate my travel schedule.  Easy!  Brought the car in on Monday morning.  Picked up the rental.  "See you on Friday!"   Simple and straightforward.  Then reality:  family emergency in Southern California and I need my car.  I called to see if it could be done early and gave the reason.  First response: Is everybody okay?   After a few minutes, Gary came back and said "yes.  Of course it will be ready a day early."And it was!   Michael and the office erson (sorry I didn't catch her name) were so kind and asked about my family member and was I okay!'And the car looks fantastic.  The body work is impeccable.  They detailed the car inside and out.  It looks better than when I bought itI can't say enough about this place.  Great work.  Professional.  Kind.  I hope to not have body work done in my car again AND if I do I'm coming back to Downtown Collision.   Thank you!
