I have had two of my vehicles repaired at this shop and each time I get great service. Staff is very responsive, quick and easy to work with. Kelly communicated clearly and was on top of things. John of J & J Autobody truly gets customer service. I had the unfortunate mishap with another "big" autobody shop just before the pandemic. My ford 150 Raptor was never really fixed properly from another local shop. John and his team specifically helped me with my insurance company, in identifying all the imperfections still on my truck. John and his team got to work right away, and updated me "before" I could ask for an update during the process. Huge "WOW." The customer service is top notch. Total repair time took about 3.5 weeks, and my truck looks better than IT it stock/OEM! The paint job, and craftsmanship of this work is top quality and attention to detail at its best.
