Bill Kutz Heating and Air Conditioning

These folks are great! Our heat stopped working one cold afternoon and Bill Kutz Heating & Air were able to show up early the next morning to check it out. Found out the furnace was over 25 years old and was going to be less of a headache to replace rather than repair. New furnace was ordered and installed in no time and our house is cozy and warm again. Staff/Mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this business to anyone looking for a fair and professional HVAC repair or install.

Excellent experience! Arrived home late on a Sat night from a trip to the coldest day of the year and intermittent (mostly no) heat. Hung in until Mon am, called two top-reviewed service companies thinking it was just a thermostat issue. Tara from Bill Kutz was able to get  Joshua out to us late that same day and upon inspection, we all discovered our 22 year old system was leaking condensation for quite some time (crack in manifold). My boyfriend is pretty handy and when Josh showed him how much water was up in the attic and he saw how dangerous the structural and electrical risk was, everything had to be shut off immediately. Although they gave us a timely and very fair estimate, the first install date available was another week away (sad face)  But we really liked their expertise and service so decided to try to manage through with our gas fireplace and room heater. The next day I called to ask about air scrubbers and potentially adding one to our setup, given fires, smoke and allergens. Brian from estimating not only called me back quickly with the quote but walked me through exactly what one does in detail  (he has had same one in his home for 7 years) and what to expect after installing it etc. Not only was it in stock but he also gave me a heads up that Tara was going to be calling, apparently they had a next-day install appt open up and wanted to offer it to us right away. Wow was that huge news for us. And the next day Bill himself called early in the am, upon review he had   a concern with the dimensions of the system we planned and our opening into the attic, he wanted our ok to spec and provide a different brand and model that he assured me was also a strong performing unit. He's been in this business so long, I could tell it would be fine. (But I read about everything online so also read up a bit while they went to the supply house to pick up the other. All did indeed check out.) Tyler and Isaac showed up, quickly identified an even-better way to get the new system up into our attic, and did an excellent install, correcting some less-than-ideal gas and electrical hookups and helping us get our new wifi thermostat organized. All work was done with the utmost neatness and cleanup. Isaac and Tyler were personable, friendly and approachable, answering any and all questions, as well as being super dog-friendly with our Pyrenees mix who supervised all their work. Our new system is working beautifully and we are so thankful to have found the entire team at Bill Kutz. And a special shout out to Tara for her help with everything... We have since discovered many friends have used Bill Kutz as well, everyone we know has had the same excellent experience. Highly recommend!!

Of course our heater stopped working on the coldest morning we've had so far. Now our heater is pretty old and I was all prepared for someone to come out and tell me it was done for & needed to be replaced, like I've had happen before. I called Bill and he personally answered the phone, personally came out to look at it the very same day AND fixed it in about 10 minutes! He was amazing. So kind and down to earth and never even tried to sell me a new unit. He is a class act and I will be happily to always give him my business! With my old sad heater & then when we finally need replace it. Thanks Bill!
