It's sad wen u try to better your life and the lady in the front with glasses everyday has someylthing rude to say for no resolution and to top it all off the kicked me out cuzs of here saying I said something my dad and grampa just died and this is how they help me not right please don't let it happen to u

DAAC just down the street is 100% better and has no rude worker only super sweet people. I swear the desk people at SRTP are angry that theyre still working a front desk at 50 years old and take it out on every patient walking in. They make a mistake on their end and get angry like its my fault. Dont get angry at your customers because you suck at your job. But thats not our problem. We are addicts already going through a hard time. You guys need to be more compassionate and understanding with patients. Which is the complete opposite. Require a little extra time and have questions? Get ready for huffs and puffs and sighs that make you feel like youre being a burden to them. Save yourself the stress and go to DAAC 60 seconds down the street. This place should be shut down! Let me put it this way. I would rather pay cash at DAAC than EVER set foot back in SRTP. If that doesnt tell you enough Im not sure what does.

This place has gone downhill so much. Recommend care anywhere else. Front desk is very rude and they will hang up on your calls and just say theyre busy. Everyone there seems like they hate their job and treats everyone like garbage. The only nice people are the counselors. Avoid this place unless your desperate. Pura vida is much better and nicer and accepts the same insurance and also is in Santa Rosa!
