DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! We are now receiving thousands of dollars worth of penalties from the IRS because these people (Ms. Roche in particular) didn't do their job right. I'm looking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible service after working with Erin for years they merged and now dont work with small accounts. Shameful. Dont waste your money or time with Erin Roche.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATOR FIRST OFF. Filed everything late. Now my family is stuck with thousands of dollars of penalties. When IRS needed information they locked my Elliot account so could not see. Terrible terrible terrible.

We used Erin Roche as our personal and business accountant for over 10 years. 10 years of outrageously high tax bills, expensive extensions and my own income never being reported to social security. The stress we endured each year to pay the astronomical tax bills this firm presented as our obligation was off the charts. After finally talking to a a friend about what we were going through, we were introduced to a real accountant who immediately got my income reported again and reduced our tax bill by a full 80%!!! Our business was finally taking the deductions I knew we were missing, our income was finally reported accurately, and we were able to take the money we had to save to pay taxes and start retirement accounts and start investing in mutual funds. Even took our first vacation in a decade. Highly DO NOT recommend this firm. They are uneducated and do not work for the client. Zero stars.
