We scheduled a Notary appt today for 10:00 . Finally , at 10:25 the door opens and the owner comes out seeming very confused , never said sorry for being So Late . He finally says , well come in , which we did . In All Honesty , he looks at us and says , Well I cant help you because I dont have the Notary Stamp !!!! OMG !!!!! This guy was a Moron !!!!!
