    The staff was nice and Dr. Tilles was wonderful and caring. She came to the medical conclusion that I have endometriosis and did other exams to make sure it wasn't anything else as well as seeing where the pain was specifically in my body. The only gripe I have is that there was no notification that my insurance didn't cover much of anything because they were out of contract with them. I had called a month in a half in advanced to set up my appointment to where they could have checked if my insurance was going to cover it or not. Instead I got billed almost a month after my visit letting me know I owed them around $2,100. $1,100 was from the HPV vaccine. Oh America.

    I called this office to make an appointment for a regular checkup including a PAP smear and an IUD replacement. I specifically clarified I would need both services and then waited two months for this appointment. I was very nervous for this procedure, took time off work, and drove a long way to see this doctor. When I showed up to my appointment, the front desk tells me they can only do the PAP and remove the IUD because of their billing process. They say Ill need a second appointment to replace it. Tell me how it makes sense to completely remove my birth control and make me wait until their next available appointment to be protected again? The IUD removal and reinsertion process is painful and asking your patient to split it up into two appointments is ridiculous and cruel. I cant speak on the doctor herself because I left and decided to find a different office who can provide the service they agreed to and wont needlessly waste their patients time.

    I love my doctor by the secretaries are terrible. Every time I need to call, I wait more than 20 MINUTES and nobody answers to me. And when I press to call back, they call me after hours. Its very hard to book and reschedule appointments in a place like this.

    This review is for the front desk staff and scheduling staff. Dr. Bohn was a good doctor. But her front desk staff was rude. I was referred for an emergency procedure today. It was impossible to get anybody on the phone. When I finally did I was met with perhaps the RUDEST front desk staff. Instead of listening to my concerns and realizing that I was dealing with a serious issue and perhaps nervous about it. She told me to calm down and hung up on me. I dont know about you, but when dealing with womans health issues I want somebody with empathy that is human. I will not return to this office. Id rather be in pain a few more weeks and find somebody who doesnt treat me like that.

    Come here if you want to be treated like cattle and a number. I made an appointment over a month ago. I confirmed that appointment twice and when I got there, I wasnt the system they didnt know why I was there and the doctor I was scheduled to see was on vacation. when I asked them what they were going to do about it, they said they didnt have room for me today and they dont see walk-ins so I said they were incompetent and I left and went downstairs to my original Doctor who will be staying with because they actually accommodated me immediately. Avoid at all costs.
