The moment I walk into MyQi, my shoulders always drop.  It is the most peaceful, serene place.  Liz is truly a healer and has helped me so much.  I cannot recommend MyQi enough!

When my longtime acupuncturist moved out of state  for good during Covid , I was panicked that I wouldn't find some new who I felt comfortable with. I was lucky enough to be referred to Liz who balances common sense with kindness and a gift of healing. I feel lucky to have found her and rely on her to keep me in balance. I have had excellent care at MyQi. Liz helped my back pain more in one session than anything else I have tried. Her sessions are wonderful. I also received Chinese herbs to help me through the flu and they made a tremendous difference. The clinic is lovely and clean and stylish. And the treatment is the real deal. My new go-to wellness center.

SO grateful to have found Liz several years ago when I was suffering from sciatica and lower back pain. She is a truly gifted acupuncturist, healer and all around amazing human being. She truly listens and offers her knowledge and care to help you find relief. I've been back most recently to deal with ongoing congestion from allergies and was really surprised and happy to see an improvement after just a few sessions. Liz's treatments have also helped with hormones, regulating sleep and anxiety. Both my teen daughters have really benefited from Accupuncture with as well and they both love how relaxing it is to see Liz. She will answer your messages and help you with anything from colds to muscle injuries - she goes above and beyond. Thank you Liz!

Liz is one of the most incredible human beings I have ever met, I started acupuncture with her while I was pregnant with my second child and she helped prep me for labor.  Not only was it the most relaxing time throughout my pregnancy - I often fell asleep during my sessions (that is not easily achieved at 9 months pregnant) but Liz has a calming, healing aura about her.  Her passion for healing and genuine kindness always makes me feel like I am in the hands of someone who cares and she not only helped my aches and pains of pregnancy but mentally put me in a state of feeling calm and prepared for labor when my hormones were all over and my anxiety was high. I always left feeling energized and smiling. She went above and beyond to take care of me and I am forever grateful for the experience of being in the hands of someone so talented and warm.
