Applied to a job they had listed for an Assistant Editor. Did two interviews for a project and then was told the project is no longer happening. They then contacted me about another project and I made sure they booked me instead of setting a 1st hold. They then proceeded to cancel the gig the day before I was supposed to start. At least they paid the kill fee, but I have never had issues like this with other production houses. It has now been over half a year of them contacting me about projects that never happen while trying to set month long 1st hold periods that constantly change.
My contact point also changed multiple times while talking to them, so it seems to have a real revolving door issue going on.
Professionals, please steer clear of this smoke show.
