Exer Urgent Care Santa Monica - Wilshire Blvd

Long wait times. No updates provided by staff. It should not take more than an hour to see a patient with only four in line.

From the minute I walked in, the receptionist was kind and patient. The facility is very clean and organized. The nurse that took my vitals was friendly and sweet. Doctor Joseph was thorough understanding and very knowledgeable. Perfectness lol I am very grateful Thank you!

I saw two doctors, two different times, and both times the doctors did not properly I D the issue and did not diagnose the problem, I had to go to a specialist to I D the problem, and have surgery . I think everyone who goes to these places need to think twice, and if the doctors do not know what the problem is they should not treat the patient and send the patient to get the proper help they need. Their job and purpose is to make as much money for the CORPORATION Maybe the doctors that this CORPORATION employs need additional medical training. BE CAREFUL.

I had an amazing experience at Exer urgent care on wilshire blvd in Santa Monica. There was no one in line. The staff was kind. The facility spotless. The doctors and nurses knowledgeable and non-alarmist. Glad to know it exists. Thank you!
