        I went to the HR Block in Santa Monica to have them file my 2022 taxes. They 'forgot' to file my taxes and never notified me that they weren't done. I was unaware of this until I was contacted by the IRS. When I brought this complaint to HR Block, they refused to refund me the tax filing fees or cover the penalties they incurred for me. The staff at this location are incompetent. Avoid this location at all costs.
