        A bunch of dummies working there with terrible customer service. They received my package and it had all the right and exact address except one extra zero in the zip code. Guess what!! The corrected the zip code and returned the package to sender. Can you believe that??? How come These federal employees have such mentalities! I'm shocked that these are what the government is hiring to handle our mail!!! I'm sure they are missing up other people's packages. I feel very sorry for Santa Monica residents.

        No one ever answers the phone. Doesn't matter what time of day you call. The ringing of the phone finally lulls you into a quick nap. But, when you wake up . . . the phone is still ringing! Very frustrating!!
