    Staff are competent but so short staffed they cannot serve anyone in a timely manner. Every time Ive had the displeasure of coming here I wait roughly 1 hour.

    Very rude&raciest short Philippine girl works at the window, I was waiting in line for ever while she took 2 of her co/workers same race laughed and laughed with them while iam n the lobby waiting..Nobody every came out to tell me my prescription is ready,if I wouldnt have got up to check,I would be still seating there,horrible help.

    I did not even know that the hospital had a pharmacy, until my family member was in the emergency department. They did a great job connecting with the nurse to get the prescriptions ready before closing that day. This was on a Saturday. That was greatly appreciated.

    Updated: Even though the owner states that they wanted to address my concerns, the contact information I was given is completely invalid. I guess since Im elderly, low income and small potatoes , the owner, although in print pretends to care, s/he in reality, doesnt. So I am left without my pain medication..because, as I reported earlier, I was only given SIX pills, instead of the prescribed 50..even though I was promised..twice.. that my prescription was ready for pickup. I called twice, on consecutive days, to verify that my prescriptions would be ready for pick up. I phoned twice because I have had incorrect information given to me in the past about my prescriptions. This for prescriptions called to the pharmacy by my Dr on Nov 22ndTWO WEEKS AGO. On both days, I was told that they were ready, so today I hired an UBER to take me to the pharmacy. After being told to wait in the lobby for over an hour, they called me in, and I was finally able to pick up my prescriptions, but upon arrival at the desk, they did NOT have one of my prescriptions..ordered for the severe pain that I have. They only had 6 pills, while the prescription reads: take one tablet three times a day. So they only cover 2 daysI DO wonder where the remainder of the prescription disappeared to.???? They told me to come back tomorrow, (as though I live around the corner), instead of the 30 minute UBER drive it takes to get there. I am very elderly and very low income and I cant afford to return to the pharmacy until I receive my SSI two weeks from now. (UBER costs). 2 weeks for me to be in severe pain is just not right, and I certainly dont understand why I was given the same incorrect information from the pharmacist hereon 2 consecutive days..and remember2 weeks from when they were 1st called in!! Absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable lack of even basic pharmacy care. The owner reached out to me and asked me to contact him/her to address my concerns but the place I was directed to does not exist!! Re: ucla.in/20fRHhF I guess the only thing left that I can do is to follow up with the CA State Board of Pharmacy, as well as the UCLA hospitals, in the hope that I can educate them about how this particular pharmacy treats the patients of UCLA.
