        Adam was the reason I returned after leaving the Beverly Hills store and receiving service that had opportunity for improvement. I walked into the Santa Monica store and they treated me like a valued customer. I returned two weeks later and purchased two pair of prescription sunglasses; one in brown with transitional lenses and the other black frame with a light grey gradient to look cool at night. Nancy supported my second purchase and treated me just as well as Adam. The team really wants to see their customers happy. I will be back with my daughter. Thank you Lens Crafters of Santa Monica California!

        *******UPDATE********* So at about midnight (3/2/24), I somehow forgot that gravity was still in effect, and my glasses suffered the consequences. I walked into LensCrafters, and Adam showed up like a superhero. No joke. He was kind. He was courteous. He had knowledge of the product, and he was very quick to help me. He was able to repair my glasses and not charge me for a new set, which wouldve been way more money than I have to spend right now. A simple $25 was all it was. He did it with a smile. He shouldve had a cape. Maybe underwear on the outside? Thats up for debate. Anyways. Hes a great guy! He needs a pay raise! You guys get on that, and Im gonna go try to get a street named after him. Or maybe Im gonna name my first child after him regardless of gender. I dont know. All right guys! Thank you again! Adam is the Man. Hes AdamMan! Adamaaaaaan! Right? Right?! Ehhhh.. good stuff.
