Optometric Odyssey

I had my regular check up with Dr Farro on Oct 4. He was great, knowledgeable and efficient. Ordered contact lenses the same day, I was told they should be ready for pick up the next Monday and their staffs will call me. I waited to next Tuesday, no calls. So I called them instead. I was told the contacts havent arrived. Understandable, that happens but some sort of update would be appreciated. I asked if she can check with the provider since I will be out the country the following week. She told me she will call me back with an update by EOD, but nothing happened. I called again the next day, someone picked up and told me my contacts should be ready for pick up on Friday, and again they will call me. Today is Friday, no one has reached out. When I called them, I found out that they close every Friday.

The best.  Very detailed and caring service.  Professional staff and support. Excellent selection and value.  Would recommend to anyone.  Wish I could say this about all medical offices.  Here you are not a number.  Thank you Dr Ferrar!  I see you..now with my new glasses!

Dr. Ferro and his staff are amaze. I walked in to make a new patient appointment and was able to be seen the next day! I was in and out so quick and felt so seen and taken care of. The doctor was very kind and was sure to explain how to claim my rebate for my contacts and give me a break down of the total cost with insurance. The office was very clean and inviting. My husband will be calling soon to schedule his annual appointment too!
