Rehabilitation Center of Santa Monica

I have had my husband there since yesterday and after reading all the comments I am really worried and scared. Today an employee asked me who I am because she saw me changing my husband's clothes and when I answered that I was his wife he answered me ridiculously: WELL YOU HAVE SEEN HIM NAKED MANY TIMES BUT I SAW HIM NAKED THIS MORNING AND THAT SAME WOMAN WHEN HE WENT TO CHANGE CLOTHES FOR THE PATIENT WHO SHARES A ROOM WITH MY HUSBAND I MADE HIM SCREAM AT THE PATIENT. THE LORD IS ALREADY ENOUGH OLDER.

Staff is nice, could use more staff, but the food is better than every other nursing facility I have been to!

Worst care ever. Short staffed, patient neglect and rude staff. My husband almost died because they confined him to bed because there was no staff to watch him. I have been calling about my bill since August and I can't reach a billing office.

If there was a zero, I could put, I wouldve, my sister was in this facility for almost 3 weeks, if you care about your family, dont put them here. Their level of care was the worst Ive ever seen. They promised anything you asked for and didnt deliver any of it. My sister suffered from Adema so bad, her toenails hadnt been trimmed or taken care of or cared for. She was supposed to receive physical therapy as far as I can see she received nothing. In two days I myself who is not a physical therapist had my sister up and walking and stronger than they had done for her in three weeks. This facility is horrible stay away at all costs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY! KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES FAR FAR AWAY. MY AUNT WAS HERE FOR A SIMPLE FALL AT HOME AND SHE HAS NOW BEEN THERE TWO YEARS FOR DECLINING. SINCE DAY ONE SHE WAS IGNORED. HER CUP OF WATER IS ALWAYS FULL AND YET SHES ALWAYS DEHYDRATED, HER LIPS ARE ALWAYS DRY AND SHE DRINKS LIKE A FISH WHEN I PLACE THE WATER IN HER MOUTH. THE ADMINISTRATOR IS COMPLETELY USELESS, JUST PASSES EVERYTHING OFF TO THE NEXT PERSON. SHE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. SHE CLEARLY ONLY HAS THE JOB BECAUSE SHE IS FILIPINO AND ITS ONE OF THEIR COMPANIES. IT LOOKS LIKE A GREAT PLEASE BUT PLEASE STEER CLEAR. THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN AGENCY IN THE BUILDING BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN STAFF, HMM- I WONDER WHY. I HAVE MET ONLY A FEW GOOD NURSES THERE, BUT THEY SAY THEY ARE AGENCY AMD WOULD NEVER WORK FOR THAT CHEAP MESSY COMPANY. MARY WAS AMAZING, AS WELL AS BEVERLY, TRENT AND MARVIN. ONLY ONE OF THESE MENTIONED PEOPLE ACTUALLY WORK THERE! SHE IS CONSTANTLY BOTHERED BY PATIENTS WHO WONDER IN HER ROOM AND NOBODY EVER CARES. SOCIAL WORKER IS A COMPLETE JOKE. DOESN'T KNKW WHAT TO DO AS FAR AS A ROOM SWITCH. SHE IS GETTING OUT OF THERE IMMEDIATELY. IM WORKING ON IT AS WEL SPEAK. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN CONTACTED. NOTICE THEY DO NOT REPLY TO THESE REVIEWS. IT IS BECAUSE WE TELL THE TRUTH.
