Recently, with Daniel's help, I purchased a condo in West LA. This was my first real estate transaction in the United States, and I was ignorant about real estate in the Los Angeles area and had to settle everything within a short period of time, so I was very worried, but after meeting Daniel through a YouTube video, everything was resolved smoothly and satisfactorily. I was satisfied with the entire process from start to finish and was very impressed with Daniel's extensive real estate knowledge and opinions. Daniel Rangel was truly exceptional. I discovered him through his YouTube videos on home buying experiences in LA. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and was a no-brainer for me to work with him Daniel was ALWAYS available for home tours and during the escrow process. His responsiveness was incredible. I would fly into LA to tour homes on few hours notices and he was available right away to accommodate my requests and questions. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the value, house permits, and reviewing all the escrow documents and helping me with electronic document reviews and approvals since we were purchasing remotely. He had knowledge on every aspect of purchasing the property. He is also very well versed at understanding the mindset and roles of various parties involved in such transactions. Right from negotiations to verbiage in documents or emails to seller, he was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that would get the job done working as a team every step of the way.
