Was a patient for three years, late last year they decided to bill me for services provided from one and year and said my insurance didn't cover those issues. Talked to my insurance, they said that they cover those services but that the office hasn't been in network for over a year. I was in the office three times, paid a copay, and was reassured I was still in network. The billing and staff department have no idea what is going on and I've been pin balling around on phone calls trying to get this figured out. I've sent them an email which they have never responded to that I'll just keep forwarding. Stay away from this place.

DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. They will not refill my medication I need to take everyday. When I ask them to refill it they say they will check back with Dr. Bickman and I will get a response. I have called now 4 times and got the same answer and no follow up. It has been several weeks now without my medication and I am facing the medical consequences of it. Now I just called again and they said I wont be able to get it until next week because Bickman has been out of office. This is place is a scam and I just need my medication.

I just had a really frustrating experience with Dr. Bickmans office. I called to request a refill on my birth control and the office refused to refill without me coming in for a follow up appointment. I am running out of medication Sunday night and they wanted to schedule me for a Monday appointment, but I cant come in in person until the week after next. Now I will have to go without medication for at least a week. Why not just refill it and schedule me for the checkup the week after like would be logical? This is unnecessary and dangerous.

Hidden fee after hidden fee. This clinic is disgusting. Theyre scamming patients all the while increasing the barrier to care. Its disturbing that this team feels justified in their unethical behavior. Im reporting them. I encourage all reviewers do the same Ladies please REPORT this provider on a national and state level. UPDATE: dont forget to report their obviously fake 5 star reviews here on google. Update 2: hasnt given me my medical records despite reporting her to the medical board Update 3: I still havent gotten my records Update 4: they have continued to not give me my medical records.

I was desperately looking or a OBGYN and called Bickmans office to see if they took my insurance. They said yes and even took down my plans member ID number, etc. I show up to my first appointment and going to leave, I am charged $250. I asked why because usually my copay after insurance is $30 (still steered away from telling me they actually dont take insurance at all.) They said,it was because of the genetic testings processing fees. By my third appointment, they hand me a contact and asked me to pay $380 on the spot to continue to be seen by Bickman. Once in the appointment they wanted to do a culture test on my urine for another $100 after I already told her I went to urgent care over the weekend and that wasnt needed. I was so discouraged because doctors steer away from accepting OBGYN patients later in pregnancies and Bickman waited until appointment 3 (I believe I was 14-15 weeks along) to tell me she was a private practitioner and lied about accepting my insurance. On top of all the confusing money schemes, I would come to my appointment on time and it would take a hour and a half for Bickman to even see me for a quick five minute ultrasound. Last thing, I was in the process of switching doctors because I moved eight hours away. I put in a form to have my medical records sent to my new doctor so I could be accepted and put on the books for an appointment and Bickmans office would not send my records for nearly three months. I ended up calling them 3 times a day every week and told them that they are going to end up leaving myself and my unborn child without medical care because they refuse to do their job. The office ladies were always so nice, but its all a face in this office. They seem to not care about any of their patients actually needs, instead money.
