Within this location the staff are very kind. There are two managers who I have met, one is a female with very curly hair and another is a male manager and they are both very kind and good with the staff and employees. The cleaning staff is very kind and also nice. I like this specific location a lot.

This location for Burke Williams is wonderful. I love the location. The inside of the spa is beautiful. I highly recommend.

Minerva the lady who ran my bath water, was so nice and friendly.! She accommodated me thru my whole services. The housekeeping was also friendly. But now for the Tea. Burke Williams is a wasted of money, The massage wasnt what I expected. My 3yr old Grandson gave better massages. You pay all this money for the same two jacuzzi tubs, 1 quiet and 1 where you can talk!! As much money this place charge, youll think they will have way more amenities. Im so displeased and disappointed and they have fleas, I been itching since check in . I treated my sister for her birthday and for her last service, it was lack of communication and where she just wanted to cancel the services. We were better off going to Huge Spa or Wii spa.
