Went in for a regular pedicure ($33) and when I went to check out was told the amount due was $58. When I asked how that was possible, was told there was a $15 charge for (regular) polish removal. I have never been charged at other salons for this and should have been told up front this was the case. While the actual pedicure was a fine experience, I will not be going back to Cha Spa due to the lack of transparency around the polish removal charge.

The massage was great! Everything was amazing up until we went to pay. After a generous 21% tip, the front desk lady asked to up it to 25% ok WHAT? Lol First time ever in my life they pushed for more tip, while the two masseuses were watching on the side. 5 stars for the massage, 1 star for the front desk lady. Demanding (?!) a higher tip is just unprofessional. Uncomfortable stressful vibes to have in a massage place where youre supposed to release stress

I got a gel manicure from the lovely Melissa almost *three* weeks ago, and its just now starting to chip. Ive never had a manicure last this long! Thanks Melissa!

Best head massage ever! Wonderful advice on how to take care of the scalp and hair. New technology! Loved it!!
